You’ll need a reasonably up-to-date device (computer, iPad, tablet or smart phone) and internet with the Chrome browser or the Healthdirect App to take part in a Video Call. This could be in your home, with your local doctor or elsewhere.

Please do a test call when your appointment is booked and again on the day of your appointment. If it doesn’t work on the day, we may need to reschedule your appointment or run it by telephone.

If you can’t get Video Call to work, or need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us.

Telehealth is offered for all clinics within Peter Mac. Any patient can be offered telehealth if it is clinically suitable.
