Our volunteer wayfinding service can help you find your way around our Melbourne hospital. This service is available to patients and visitors. Our volunteer wayfinders can:
- Meet you when you arrive (such as by vehicle)
- Supply directions
- Go with you to your destination within the hospital
- Transport you in a wheelchair
- Supply a welcoming and warm presence
Location and times
Wayfinders are at our Melbourne campus, the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre, at the Admissions Desk or in the Welcome Hall. They are available between 7am and 1pm from Monday to Friday.
