If your Telehealth video call does not work for you on the day of your appointment

If you can’t get your video call to work, or need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know

Unfortunately, we may not always complete a successful Telehealth video call as planned, since things sometimes go wrong with:

  • The internet
  • Cameras
  • Scheduling
  • Communication

If a Telehealth video call is not an option for you today

Please contact your Patient Navigator as soon as possible, letting us know the following:

  • Your hospital UR (Unit Record) number
  • Your name
  • If you have a telehealth video appointment booked – the time, who with, and so on
  • Request if the clinician can phone you instead

If you are already in a Telehealth video call and the call is failing

We will try to call you on the number you provided when you started your video call.
