Radiation therapy is a localised treatment. This means that it generally only affects the part of your body that requires treatment. Most of the time we need to deliver radiation therapy over several days or weeks. Most of our patients come to us for about half an hour each day. They are otherwise able to continue with their usual activities. Our team works to take the best approach to suit your individual needs.
We can help complete the cancer treatment plan for our patients. We complete these plans in conjunction with our partner organisations. We involve such organisations in our multi-disciplinary meetings.
We are a public health service provider. There are no out-of-pocket expenses for patients. The most you will have to wait is one to two weeks.
