You must submit project status/information updates, Serious Breach Reports, Annual Progress and Final Reports for governance review according to:
- Guideline001 Peter Mac Governance Review Requirement for Human Research
- SOP004 Monitoring Ongoing Research.
For multisite ethical review projects, you will need to check which Ethics Committee provided the ethical approval and submit the item to the Ethics Committee for Ethical review.
