Cancer Wellness Program webinar

The Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre (ACSC), based at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre (Peter Mac), in partnership with Cancer Council Victoria (CCV) biannually present a Cancer Wellness Program.

The Cancer Wellness Program is a free education and support program for people who have completed cancer treatment and are living with and beyond cancer. It is also for carers, partners and family members. 

Expert speakers will present topics that include practical tips and strategies for living well with and beyond cancer and to assist people to make the change from clinical management to supported self-management. 

Topics include:

  • Survivor story – Meg Rynderman OAM, Consumer Advocate, Peter Mac
  • Complementary therapies – Liam Beecroft, Project Officer, ACSC
  • Cancer-related fatigue and cognitive changes – Zoe Piaia, Occupational Therapist, Peter Mac
  • Fear of cancer recurrence – Ella Sexton, Clinical Psychologist, Peter Mac
