Modern Slavery Statement

This 2021-22 Modern Slavery Statement has been prepared by the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre (Peter Mac) and outlines the steps we have taken as an organisation to identify, manage and mitigate specific risks around modern slavery in our operations and supply chains

The statement captures the activities of Peter Mac and the entities controlled by it. It has been prepared by our Procurement team in collaboration with our Executive and with our controlled entities Cell Therapies Pty Ltd and Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation Ltd. This Statement was approved by the Board of Directors of Peter MacCallum Cancer Institute, as defined by the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth)1 (‘the Act’) on 7 March 2023.

This Statement is signed by a responsible Member of Peter MacCallum Cancer Institute, as defined by the Act.
