Our pain and palliative care research includes studies that explore the use of vignettes to help patients engage with advance care planning at a cancer centre; a review of the efficacy of subcutaneous lignocaine in cancer pain; and the Stop Cancer PAIN trial, which aims to evaluate the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of a suite of strategies to improve pain outcomes.
