Michael Harris is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Translational Breast Cancer Genomics and Therapeutics Lab, headed by Professor Sherene Loi. Michael Harris’ research previously focused on studying the tumour immune microenvironment in Sarcoma and how this impacts drug efficacy using techniques such as flow cytometry and microscopy. Michael Harris is now applying these techniques in breast cancer, to study how changes in the immune microenvironment affect breast cancer tumourigenesis and disease progression.
