Mr Phillip Antippa

Biography

Mr Phillip Antippa is a Cardiothoracic Surgeon at the Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH).Mr Antippaqualified from The University of Melbourne Medical School and began his surgical training at the Royal Melbourne. His studies took him to the Alfred Hospital then to the University of Virginia in the USA.
 
Mr Antippa's main interest is in lung cancer and he is the Director of the Lung Cancer Services at RMH. He is also heavily involved in Trauma Services, and is an integral part of the Lung Service at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. He teaches, researches and sits on many committees at Peter Mac.
