Biography
Meg Rogers has spent over 30 years in cancer nursing, from working with patients in ambulatory care, inpatient areas to management roles. Her experience extends from chemotherapy, palliative care, radiation therapy to surgical oncology and also includes working with the Cancer Help Line as a nurse counselor. She has an impressive record of national and international conference presentations, and is a member of the Cancer Nurses Society of Australia, (working for four years on their National Executive Committee), the Oncology Nursing Society (USA) and the International Society of Nurses in Cancer Care.
For the past 13 years, Meg has held the position of Nurse Coordinator / Advanced Practice Nurse in the Upper Gastrointestinal Service at Peter Mac.
