Lung cancer is a malignant tumour that happens in the tissue of one or both lungs.
Biography
Dr Nikki Plumridge studied at Monash University and graduated with honours in 1997. She completed her specialist training in Radiation Oncology at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, received her Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists in 2005 and has since been working as a consultant in the Lung Service at Peter Mac.
Dr Plumridgeis actively involved in clinical trials and specialises in treating cancers of the lung and thorax, with expertise in both the curative and palliative settings.
