Dr David Routledge

Biography

Dr David Routledge is a UK Trained Clinical Haematologist, who qualified from the University of Manchester in 2007. He completed his Physicians training in Manchester, including placements at the Manchester Royal Infirmary and The Christie Hospital, the largest single site cancer centre in Europe.

He is currently a Consultant in the Clinical Haematology Department at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and Royal Melbourne Hospital with a specialist interest in Myeloma and Stem Cell Transplantation.   Through this he also provides chemotherapy and stem cell transplantation to patient’s with Haematological Malignancies in their own homes.

David has also completed a degree in Pharmacology and has an avid interest in drug development, being actively involved in clinical trials. He is a member of the American Society of Haematology, Australasian Leukaemia and Lymphoma Group, and British Society of Haematology.  David has published in peer review journals and presented in his field.
