Associate Professor Leslie Reti has had a long interest in Clinical Governance and clinical quality improvement. He was Director of Clinical Governance at the Royal Women’s Hospital and was Deputy Chair of the Victorian Council on Safety and Quality in Health. A/Prof Reti has been Chair of the QA Committee at The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) and received the 2013 RANZCOG Distinguished Service Medal. He is a Board Director of the Victorian Healthcare Association and Chair of Cell Therapies Pty Ltd.
A/Prof Reti was Co-Founder of the Centre Against Sexual Assault (CASA House), and continues his advocacy for women’s health.
Associate Professor Reti was named the recipient of the 2013 Victorian Public Healthcare Lifetime Achievement Award and a Member of the Order of Australia in the 2018 Queens Birthday Honours for significant service to medicine in the field of gynaecology and women's health as a clinician and educator, and to the community.
