To take part in a telehealth video call with Peter Mac using your desktop or android device, you will need:
- A reasonably up-to-date computer, tablet or smart phone
- If using wi-fi be sitting within range of your modem
- A webcam, mic and speakers (built in or plug in)
- Reasonable internet or 3G/4G/5G (data will use about the same amount of data as watching a Youtube video)
- Up-to-date Google Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge installed

An easy way to check if your computer and internet is sufficient is to do a test call. You can do this any time. No one will pick up your call as it just tests your device.

To take part in a telehealth video call with Peter Mac using your iPhone or iPad with Safari, you will need:
- A reasonably up-to-date iPhone or iPad
- Up-to-date operating system
- Reasonable internet or 3G/4G/5G (data will use about the same amount of data as watching a Youtube video)
- If using wi-fi be sitting within range of your modem
- You must use Safari (not Google Chrome)
