Visitor check-in
Our check-in system allows patients, visitors, carers and others to answer screening questions and have their temperature taken by a device similar to an iPad.
The system is in place at our Melbourne, Box Hill and Sunshine campuses with multiple language options available for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse patients.
Staff are on-hand to assist patients and visitors, and to provide further information.
Accompanying an outpatient to Peter Mac
Patients coming to Peter Mac to attend their specialist clinic, day therapy, imaging or radiotherapy appointments can attend with one support person.
Mask requirements will apply in some clinical areas. All patients are encouraged to discuss their own personal circumstances, and clinical recommendations, with their treating team.
