Prehabilitation (prehab) is the period between diagnosis and treatment, in this case for radiotherapy. We encourage patients during this time to prepare themselves. They can do so by thinking about their nutrition, physical health, speech and swallowing, and emotional wellbeing. 

Your multidisciplinary team consists of  

  • allied health professionals 

  • mental health professionals 

  • dental team 

  • doctors 

  • nurses 

  • radiation therapists  

  • support staff.
