This project involved developing Australia-specific visual instructional films (vodcasts) for use by patients and their family members/carers. It is anticipated that the vodcasts will be used to reinforce education and advice provided by clinicians in the healthcare setting. In all, there are seven vodcasts covering various aspects of nutrition and speech pathology management that require ongoing attention by the patient at home including thickening fluids, administering tube feeds, laryngectomy care and administering medications via a feeding tube.
