The EAT study is a randomised trial to test the effectiveness of a dietitian-delivered behaviour intervention to reduce malnutrition in head and neck cancer patients treated with radiotherapy. The study is recruiting across six Australian sites. EAT is designed to improve health behaviours of head and neck cancer patients and maintain their nutrition over the course of their cancer treatment.
