Peter Mac collaborates with Inner Melbourne Community Legal (IMCL) to deliver a Health Justice Partnership. IMCL provides a free legal service to Peter Mac patients, bringing about better outcomes.
What can IMCL help you with?
IMCL provides help with a range of issues including:
Family Law
Family Violence
Work and Employment
Fines and Infringements
Housing problems
Intervention Orders
Victims of Crime
Criminal Law.
Referrals can also be made through this service for financial counselling support, for assistance with negotiating with creditors to resolve debt issues.
IMCL cannot assist with Wills and Power of Attorneys. Please speak to the Peter Mac Social Work Department who can provide information and a referral if you need a will or power of attorney.

IMCL lawyers are on site at Peter Mac every second Friday morning from 9:30am to 12.30pm (available for phone appointments on alternate Fridays).
