Arts for Wellbeing (Virtual)

Explore wellbeing through creative processes.

The Arts for Wellbeing series is trialling virtual workshops in October and November 2020.

These workshops offer a relaxing way to engage in simple creative activities using materials you have around you. Patients (adults) are welcome, including family members and carers.

Time:    2:00pm - 3:00pm

Venue:   Online, Zoom

Dates:   15 October, 12 November and 26 November

Cost:      Free

No skills required.
