Arts for Wellbeing (Virtual)

Explore wellbeing through creative processes.

The Arts for Wellbeing series offer a relaxing way to engage in simple creative activities using items and art materials you have around you. Our creative processes will move us toward play, curiosity, self-expression and reflection with time to have conversation if you choose. 

In 2020, Arts for Wellbeing was offered online. Dates for 2021 will be announced soon.

Patients (adults) are welcome, including family members and carers.

No skills required.

Facilitated by Sue Guzicks & Jennie Franklin - Sue & Jennie are volunteers with Peter Mac. They welcome all who are interested in exploring how arts and creative processes can benefit their wellness, or to just come along and relax.
