Explore wellbeing through creative processes
The Arts for Wellbeing series invites you to explore wellbeing through creative processes. There will be refreshing opportunities to reflect, imagine, experiment with art materials and meet like-minded people. All patients (adults) are welcome, including family members and carers.
Time: 12:00pm – 1:30pm (Tuesdays)
Venue: Peter Mac Wellbeing Centre, Level 1, 305 Grattan Street Melbourne

Facilitated by Sue Guzicks - Sue is a qualified art therapist. She is a professional member of ANZACTA (Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapy Association) and a registered NDIS provider. Sue welcomes all who are interested in exploring how arts and creative processes can benefit their wellness, or to just come along and relax.
