Amy Chatterton – radiation therapist intern
"I always wanted to work in the medical field to help people and to find a career to challenge myself daily. Radiation therapy is a career where we are helping people by treating cancer, and we can also challenge ourselves in the many aspects of planning and treatment."
Amy chose to undertake her intern year at Peter Mac so she can get exposure to and experience of all sorts of different treatment types and techniques. Amy will end her internship year prepared to apply for future radiation therapy positions.
