Peter Mac is reviewing our Wellbeing Centre and wellbeing services, and is looking for people who have used these services to complete a short (5-10 minute) anonymous survey about your experiences.

The Wellbeing Centre is the sanctuary space located on Level 1 of Peter Mac in Parkville.  

Wellbeing Services are the services available via the Wellbeing Centre (although not always located within the Wellbeing Centre). These services include: 

  • Peer support programs 
  • Men's Shed 
  • Cultural support for Mandarin speaking patients 
  • Oncology massage  
  • Join Us for Art (art therapy in the Wellbeing Centre) 
  • Carers Support Officer / Carer Liaison Officer 
  • Carers Psychologist 
  • Education seminars (including but not limited to Let's Talk Changes in Memory and Thinking, Let's Talk Exercise, Let's Talk Fatigue, fear of cancer recurrence, planning for future health care, parenting with cancer) 
  • Workshops and events (such as Stand Up for Cancer, Girls Night In, Reel Recovery, writing workshops) 
  • Cancer Information Hub (located on level 2) 

The review aims to make sure that the services we provide are as useful as possible for patients and carers.  

To help inform our review, we would love to learn about the experiences of people who have used these services.
