Professional development sessions

Tailored professional development sessions can be tailored to the needs of specific groups. For further information tregarding these, please contact the service on 03 9656 1744.

Adolescent oncology training program

onTrac@PeterMac recognises that the development of an education and training programme for clinicians working with AYA patients in Australia is an essential part of improving care to this population group. In late 2007, Dr Susan Palmer received a Churchill Fellowship to undertake an international travel exercise looking at current age-specific care for adolescent and young adult cancer patients. The basis of this report is assisting in the onTrac@PeterMac Service discussing with key stakeholders the development of a formal AYA oncology training program.

For further information regarding any of the above, please contact onTrac@PeterMac on 9656 1744.
