Give us the good news as well as the bad Compliments are appreciated - they provide proof of patient/carer/community satisfaction. Positive feedback lets us know that we’re on track! An Example: The following are excerpts from a letter sent by a grateful patient to the CEO, Craig Bennett. The continuous radiation therapy can be somewhat daunting. The professional attitudes of all the technicians and their willingness to explain the reasons for my particular treatment schedule and their caring and understanding when I was having difficulty in handling the treatment went along way to alleviating my concerns. The relaxed, often humorous environment in “chemo day ward” made it “almost” a pleasure to be there. The nutrition department did a great job keeping my condition up to scratch and their follow up once I had finished treatment was marvelous. |
