Talking to Children about Cancer - Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre

There is no easy way to talk about cancer. Talking to your own children can be the hardest task of all.

There is a range of resources that have been produced to help you talk to children about cancer. This page provides links to some of the information available through the Australian Cancer Survivorship and Information Centre - A Richard Pratt Legacy

The Cancer Council NSW has produced the booklet 'Talking to kids about cancer: for people with cancer, their families and friends'. This booklet is available from the Australian Cancer Survivorship and Information Centre.

The Royal Children's Hospital have produced information leaflets on talking to children about cancer that are also available in the Australian Cancer Survivorship and Information Centre - A Richard Pratt Legacy.
