| Fees |
| Fees include morning and afternoon refreshment only. Please note that all Short Course Program Fees include GST. Fees can be paid by cash, cheque or credit card (BankCard, MasterCard or Visa only). Cheques should be made payable to Nursing Education, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. Fees must be paid three weeks prior to course commencement to ensure registration. Places will not be held if payment is not received by the indicated time. |
| Cancellations |
| Cancellations made up to one (1) week prior to course commencement will be refunded at 80% of the fee. There is no refund for later notification. Peter Mac reserves the right to cancel any course that does not meet the required enrolment. Course fees will be fully refunded in the event of a cancellation by the organiser. |

| Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre is located on the Cnr St. Andrews Place & Lansdowne St. East Melbourne (see Location for map and public transport information) The Department of Nursing Education is on Lower Level 1, Smorgon Family Building. |
| Parking/Transport |
| Peter Mac does not have a public car park. Wilson Parking provides early bird rates (in between 6.00 and 10.00 am, out after 3.00 pm) in the Park Hyatt, adjacent to the hospital. Ph: (03) 9224 0301. Peter Mac is close to Parliament Railway station, bus and tram services. From Parliament station, use the Collins/Bourke Streets and Macarthur Street exits. Cross Macarthur Street at the pedestrian lights and walk along St Andrews Place. The entrance to Peter Mac is on the left, towards the end of St. Andrews Place. This is a five minute walk. Country trains/Skybus arriving Southern Cross Station: Catch the Collins Street Tram (No. 109) in Collins St, heading away from Spencer St. Alight at Parliament station, cross at the pedestrian lights and walk along St. Andrews Place. |
| Certificates |
| Certificates are issued to all participants who complete 80% of the course for which they enrol and gain a satisfactory pass in any assessment. Certificates indicate no. of hours of attendance that contribute toward your Continuing Professional Development. |
