Laboratory Research - Research at Peter Mac

The Research Laboratories at Peter Mac are home to over 400 scientists and support staff working in a strong and collegiate environment, sophisticated resources and facilities that fosters innovative and collaborative research.

Our researchers work in 24 research laboratories within six key research programs, underpinned by an extensive infrastructure of core facilities. The strong and vibrant culture of collaboration and a collegiate network within these laboratories has contributed to our leadership in cancer research. The close physical location of the laboratories and the clinic makes for a dynamic interplay whereby each informs the research program of the other.
