| Dr Fox took an Honours anatomical science degree and Medical degree at the University of Bristol, before completing Pathology training in Oxford and Sheffield, and becoming a member of the Royal College of Pathologists, UK. Dr Fox was awarded a DPhil in Medicine at the University of Oxford. He then moved to Christchurch, New Zealand as a specialist anatomical pathologist and senior lecturer at University of Otago. He then returned to Oxford to pursue clinical and research as a member of the CRUK Tumour Pathology Group with specialist interest in breast pathology whilst still coordinating the Christchurch Laboratory. On taking up his position in Melbourne he passed the Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists on his first sitting of the examination and was awarded FRCPA in February 2007. He is responsible for a department of 60 EFT and clinically reports anatomical and molecular pathology for ~30% of his time. He publishes regularly in peer-reviewed journals of high impact and is a member of many international organisations. He reviews international Grant bodies for both project and program grants. He is on the scientific advisory board to the Cancer Council of Victoria and sits on Pharma Advisory Boards for Breast Cancer, Colorectal carcinoma and for GISTs. He is a group leader in Victorian Breast Cancer Research Consortium, sits on the Cancer Advisory Committee for the RCPA and is an executive member of the kConFab. He teaches on the neoplasia course for medical students at the University of Melbourne and post-graduate duties on the Melbourne Pathology Registrar teaching scheme. He has successfully supervised honours students, MD and PhD students to completion. | ||||

| Dr Dominic Wall BSc (Hons), PhD Dr Wall was born in Arras, France. He obtained his first degree in London and completed his PhD in cancer research at the University of Melbourne. He was appointed to a conjoint position with the Peter MacCallum Pathology Department and Centre for Blood Cell Therapies (CBCT) in 1998 and has worked in oncology research and in clinical and diagnostic haematology for the last twenty years. Dr Wall is responsible for the operational oversight of the Pathology Department as well as being the official production nominee for the TGA licensed activities of the CBCT. He is also the Chief Scientific Officer of the Peter Mac owned and controlled company Cell Therapies Pty Ltd. He has published over 80 manuscripts, abstracts and presentations; and was until recently the Vice-President of the International Society for Cell Therapy and is a member of various Professional Societies. | ||||

| Dr William Murray MB BS FRCPA MRCPath Dr Murray completed his Medical degree at the University of Sydney and attained his Specialist Qualifications by Examination from both the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia and the Royal College of Pathologists, UK. He has wide ranging experience and expertise in diagnostic anatomical pathology in a teaching hospital setting including surgical pathology and autopsy pathology, and supervision of a teaching hospital cytopathology service. He undertakes teaching and training of pathology registrars in anatomical pathology; teaching cytopathology to pathologists, registrars, cytotechnologists and undergraduates. He is an examiner in anatomical pathology for the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia and in cytology for the Australian Society of Cytology, as well as having a number of publications and being a member of many Professional Societies. | ||||

| Dr David Westerman MBBS FRACP FRCPA Dr Westerman completed his Medical degree at the University of Melbourne. He is both a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and The Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia. In addition, he has attained Post-Graduate qualifications in Haematology and Aviation Medicine. His current appointments include Head of Haematopathology, Chairman of the Peter MacCallum Transfusion Committee and Lecturer for the St Vincent’s Hospital Clinical School Teaching Programme. He is involved in peer review activities for the Cancer Council Victoria and NHMRC, and for journals including Haematologica, Leukaemia and Lymphoma and the Amer J Respiratory & Critical Care Med. His professional affiliations are numerous and he has over 100 publications (journals, book chapters and abstracts). | ||||

| Dr Catherine Mitchell MB BS FRCPA Dr Mitchell graduated from in Medicine from the University of Queensland and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia. She has worked at the Peter MacCallum Pathology Department for approximately 4 years both as a Consultant and Registrar. She is a member of several professional organisations and has a number of years of research and teaching experience. | ||||

| Dr Sarah Swain MB BS FRCPA Dr Swain has over 15 years experience as a Consultant Anatomical Pathologist and was State Councillor for the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia in 2008. Dr Swain graduated in Medicine from the University of Melbourne. She has worked in both private and public laboratories in Victoria and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia and an Associate Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists. Her principle areas of practice are Haematopathology, Dermatopathology and Gynaecological Pathology. Dr Swain frequently participates in continuing medical education, teaching programmes and contributes to a number of research projects. | ||||

| Dr Stephen Lade MBBS FRACP FRCPA Dr Lade attained his Medical degree from the University of Melbourne and has worked as a Consultant in a number of laboratories in Victoria. He has been employed as a Consultant for the Peter MacCallum Pathology Dept for the past 8 years. Dr Lade is regularly involved in undergraduate and post-graduate teaching and is a long-time member of a number of medical and ethics committees. | ||||

| Dr Neil Came MBBS (Hons) FRACP FRCPA Dr Neil Came graduated from Monash University, completed his training as a General Physician and Haematologist, and practices as a Haematopathologist at the Peter MacCallum Pathology Department and St. Vincent’s Hospital Undergraduate Clinical Schools of the University of Melbourne. His research activity involves providing diagnostic support and collaboration across a wide variety of clinical and translational research projects. In addition, he maintains an active membership of Australian, European and American Haematology Societies. |
