The Peter Mac Imaging Department offers a comprehensive range of general and specialist diagnostic, interventional and therapeutic services at the East Melbourne site.

Specialist imaging services available include:

- General X-Ray
- Diagnostic mammography
- Ultrasound
- MultiSlice helical CT
- MRI
- Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and PET/CT co-registration
- Diagnostic and Therapeutic Nuclear Medicine
- A range of selected interventional radiology procedures

We accept referrals from any medical practitioner even if he or she does not work at Peter Mac.

The Imaging Department has two areas:

Diagnostic Imaging: which includes general x-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, mammography and ultrasounds.
|
PET Centre & Nuclear Medicine: which includes PET scans, multitracer imaging; and radionuclide therapy.
