The Board of Directors

Peter Mac is governed by a nine-person Board appointed by the Governor-in-Council, as recommended by the Minister for Health. Board members have a mix of qualifications, skills and expertise. The Board must perform its functions and exercise its powers subject to any direction given by the Minister for Health ('the Minister') and subject to the provisions of the Health Services Act 1988 (No.49/1988) ('the Act').
